Yeah Mike is right, only the Greentops come with a special 12.03 voltage, a normal 12.00v wont do. Also, they require a special triangular shaped mounting base, and a third binding post.
I’m in the market for a battery for my sr20 s14. Does anyone know if there’s a special battery (ie.different voltages) or will stock ka24de s14 battery do?
but the yellowtop should fit my 4th gen Maxima

SR20DETs use 37.4volts while most other cars including the KA24DE use 12 volts so that may be an issue, a quick solution is just wire up 3 normal batteries in series to get 36 volts.

both yellow and red top will work for eveyr 240sx on this earth
