LOL, yeah I remember that conversation when we met up at DK. It’s a good thing Kyle came early because she really did have enough of being pregnent.
As for Brayden, we for sure will include him in this. We don’t want him to feel jealous at all, even though we’ve seen a little of it. One of his first comments was, “Why does Mommy have to hold the baby” and he said that with attitude.
Anyway we plan on letting him feed Kyle (with us there), help with diaper duty, bath time and when he wants to hold Kyle. We want Brayden to feel that becuase he’s Kyle’s big brother that Kyle needs his help. Hopefully after a few days of getting used to everything all will be cool.
Tanya wanted me to also say that she really is touched by all the kind words and really appreciates it. Kyle said… well he did’nt say anything but I know he would if he could. :lol:
Well first let me say on behalf of Tanya and myself THANK YOU so much for all your kind words. It really ment a lot to us.
So it’s been almost a week already and everything is going well. He’s eating good and we’ve not had any problems. The only issue so far is he has his days and nights mixed up so that tends to be tough.
I work 12hr days, the wife has the 2 kids to deal with so come 2-3am in the morning, neither of us want to get up :lol: We are both gona try and see if we can change Kyle’s sleeping habbits around.
Anyway as promissed here are a couple of pic’s I took tonight.

So there he is in all his glory. He was actually pretty alert tonight when we took these. He was’nt fussy or crying. He just seemed content to chill and move around, it’s neat to watch them at this age.
On behalf of Tanya, Brayden, Kyle and myself I really want to say THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH for all your kind words. It ment a lot us and when I showed my wife all the replys she was very touched by the kindness expressed by the SON community.
As well I wanted to say thanks to the MOD’s for leaving this up and making it an ANOUNCEMENT too.
So again we really appreciated all of you welcoming our new boy in to the world and, if anyone wants to baby sit let me know.
I knew Tanya was due soon, so I figured you’d probably have the baby while I was gone, and you did! Congratulations on the healthy baby BOY (haha I KNEW it)! WOOOOT!!!
How’s Tanya doing? It’s been almost 3 weeks now, geeze, I missed so much while I was gone… I have to come see you guys asap and give my congrats and cheers in person. We’ll have to go get a coffee or something, asap. (EDIT: On second thought, Tanya can drink once again! Let’s go get a beer! :))
