i work at the Rogers Wireless in Sq1, and im wondering who else here works for rogers, fido, bell or telus. lets share some interesting customer service stories haha

i herd of the funniest tech. call…
customer calls in says cellphone doesn’t work…everytime he answers a call the thing hangs up…
rep. asks “so what button are u pressing when a call comes in?”
customer " PWR"
rep. " and y r u pressing PWR button when there is a call?"
customer " doesn’t PWR stand for Press When Ring?"
true story…herd it from a freind that worked in tellus…

I once had a guy walk into my store complaining about how hes had 2 dropped calls and no reception
i then pointed out to him that hes on telus and he’s in the rogers store…
i had another customer in the corner and he almost died laughing
this was yesterday lolz

im in home theater, this guy comes in and he was all “oh i heard futureshop has this for this price”
“futureshop has consistently lower prices”
“at futureshop they always have stock on anything you’d need”
my co-worker looked at him and said "do you work for futureshop?
and the guy said “no…i just like their logo more than yours…”
then right after that this guy from futureshop walks in and said “what was that guys problem?”
