another noob warning, I am a aussie boy who loves stuffing big hp chevs into aussie muscle cars. Current build is a HQ Holden (closest yank car would be a chevelle (kinda??)) with a 350 Chev including scat crank, carillo rods, wiseco pistons, herbert solid roller cam, dart iron eagle heads etc etc. I am hoping to run 11.20-11.50 with this mill as the HQ is a pretty heavy car.
I run a little site called www.ozstreetcar.com that covers a bit of the muscle car scene over here. Some of the feature cars are pretty damn tidy, especially the one with the twin turbo, supercharged v8 in a 2800lb car.
I cant remember how I found the site, but I did spend a ton of time in the multimedia section, I now feel the need for a fox body stang, 351 and a procharger but it would cost a f&*cking fortune down here.
Its 2:30am here and I really need to sleep, but I wont!
damn, going international. Welcome aboard. And the aussie v8 racing is insane from what i can see from speed channel. That is by far the best track racing i have seen on tv. Take open track racing plus tons of rubbing= good watch. Ford Falcons, holdens, and even the volvos= yum.
The V8 racing is pretty wild, every year we have a v8 Supercar and Champcar race on the gold coast. I went and checked it out and spent most of my time checking out all the half dressed women
