Can’t lower car till spring, the Civ sux in the snow as is. I’m already kinda skinny, I just want to get bigger and ripped.

Wow, that’s a lot of time, like 2hrs a day. . I don’t know if I got that kinda time. There’s gotta be an easier way. Anyone on this board jacked that know’s an easier way?

Funny, funny. I’m not doing roids. I figured it was like maybe 45min a day, not 2 hrs. Any program will get you buff if you workout intensely for 2 hrs every day.

I have it and I love it. Its really intense. I did it straight for 2 weeks last fall and it kicked my ass. My gf did it once too and her legs hurt for a week lol

the only down fall is that the work out is like 1.5 hours long, its hard to commit that much time at home with nyspeed and what not buggin ya…

Have you even tried any form of workout program before? I wouldn’t just jump into something so intense. You’d be amazed what a simple weekly workout routine could do for you. Join a club and start liftin a few times a week.

THe only club I have ever been in was boy scouts when I was younger. I do some push-ups and sit-up in the morning most of the time.
