P 90 x

Very nice gains. The key is gaining that lean mass so you can burn more and more fat as you go along. Keep kickin ass.

Yeah man, it’s an interesting program. I’m obviously trying to shed some weight (I don’t need to be walking around at ~225lbs) but don’t want to loose muscle so it’s a balance.

I think success for me at the end of 90-days will be somewhere between 200-210lbs and 13-17% BF. For example, if I end at 210 and 16% I will have lost about 25lbs of goo and will have lost no muscle.

Also, if you guys that are looking at P90X and are thinking it’s a bit extreme…check out P90X+…that shit will blow your mind.

I’ve heard many good things about this program as well. I’ve been considering buying a set of DVD’s myself. It would be a good switch from my current workout.

I wonder how well this works if you eat well, but dont follow the 5-6 meal guidelines, just focus on keeping cals low?

Diets are all about the Cals for the day, you don’t need 6 meals.

Also, check the reason P90X ‘works’. The system is designed to be total high intensity. You simply do not rest unless you absolutely have to. Save yourself some cash with these simply steps:

  1. Grab yo dick
  2. get a gym membership
  3. use the damn gym membership, ie lift weights without rest periods, do cardio (steady state is lame, sprint.)
  4. Diet. Simple as this to loose weight; eat only carbs from veggies and some fruits. Eat protein and fat, count the cals. Occasionally (ie once every 7-10days) eat a high carb day to ensure your metabolism doesn’t sink into gutter.
  5. Enjoy results. No gimmicks, just do it.

This guy came into my work yesterday and was bragging about how he has it. He says after the work out he’s dead. I didn’t even know what it was until then. Ha.
