palm pre.

i know there arent too many sprint users around but for those who are do you have any current info on the palm pre? i am really looking to upgrade my centro. i remember reading a while back they had a scheduled released of 1st quarter of 2009 and we are now well into 2009 and still nothing. im really anxious to get ahold of one. i just hope they dont require the “simply everything” plan cause thats a bunch of fucking bullshit. lets just say i have a :snky: plan already that i dont wish to change…

fuck im blind.
not sure how true it is but this wiki article claims mid may…

lol @ your phone plan.

you zip your lip…

shhhhhhhh snky snky sprint plan ftw thanks for the heads up years ago walker haha

im pretty excited for the new phone, i never went to a centreo, i still have a 755p. i wasnt a fan of centreo’s keypad

hahah youre quite welcome jam.

but…

i hate to burst your bubble on the new pre but it has the same centro keypad so it may not be what you want…

Uggh. Want. I’ve actually thought about leaving VZW for this phone.

I signed up to be emailed when this phone comes out about a month ago. They sent me an email last week saying that it’s not out yet but coming soon. So I’d expect it soon. Within a month maybe?

Looks like a nice phone, I have had the centro for two years now with no complaints, if this is an upgrade I am in.

june 6th

I had NO intentions of getting a new phone… then my screen shattered yesterday… now I might be upgrading. we’ll see. I still have a brand new mogul as a back up… problem is, its in a box somewhere in my apartment in palm beach… I’m in rochester and will be in orlando all this week. I might just bite the bullet. I better not have to lose my current plan. I, like the OP have a pretty tasty plan that I dont want to let go of yet. Otherwise, id own an Iphone or a verizon phone already.

Ughh…

So its coming out saturday, Im thinking of upgrading from my centro. What the prices through sprint??? Im a “preferred” costumer, I have had sprint 11 years now so I can upgrade whenever. I know there are deals when you sign a new contract.

299 with 100 rebate… so 199 if you sign a 2 year contract… also you only have 3 options for plans… ~450 minutes… 900 minutes… or unlimited plan…

They told me they wouldnt let me keep my sero plan.

so i made an insurance claim and picked up the HTC diamond… im happy, i reflashed it, works awesome, only issue is i can literally watch the battery drain.

I have 1000 for 39.99. Free texting, free sprint to sprint, and a 10% discount for being a “good customer”.

my bill is consistantly 51 bucks… 1340 minutes, nights at 7, insurance, unlimited data, text, phone as modem, free sprint to sprint, and im on my ~20th phone…

no joke. i bought a 6700 and through insurance only (only paid the deductible the one time it got wet), ive moved to a mogul, to about 10 more moguls, a touch, and now the diamond

I’m going to try to take good care of the new phone

WHO ELSE ON HERE HAS SPRINT?

How long have you had sprint? Thats a good price, I need your info so I can call them and tell them I want your plan.

had sprint for 3-4 years now maybe a bit more than that… got on the sero plan back then and slowly upgraded for more minutes, just recently they gave me a 90 minute bump up from 1250… just cuz i said i wanted a “few” more minutes…

Its a good plan, they bug me sometimes to upgrade to the unlimited, and eventually im sure i will have to bite…

I have a discount from where i work/worked before, it helps with 25% too…

Hence why i still have sprint… soooo cheap, sooo many options.

I’m still rocking the original sprint SERO plan here.

500 minutes, $30 per month, unlimited data, nights at 7pm, weekends.

Plus a 27 percent corporate discount, brings me to $26.60 per month after taxes.

Word, I cant complain, I dont ever go over my minutes. But I forgot t mention I also pay $15 for the data plan, I should call and tell them to waive the charge.

i wish i didnt use my phone as much as i do…
