This isn’t a personal suit. If the bosses at an employer won’t hire a certain race, the employer gets sued, not them personally. They are acting on behalf of the company, which in this case in the state.

Umm, if by tax money you mean his salary… I could be wrong but I am pretty sure he did not use NYS money on his excursions. There was a question to whether he used campaign funds, but unless you donated you really have no cause for complaint.
He wasn’t using tax money. He was claiming to be going to Washington on business, because “expensive hookers” isn’t an acceptable thing to put on his agenda, but he was paying cash out of his own pocket.
