PCV setup quesiton

Hey guys just wondering what is the difference between the s13 and s14 PCV valve setup? Have an s14 runner and a s13 plenum. It looks like the the holes used on the S13 for the PCV piping have been plugged. Is this stock for the s14’s or did someone just do a really good job of plunging them? if this is not stock where should i run my pcv line? Looking for a correct and proper way of running this line.

I am trying to do a turbo setup on my s13 so not sure how the intake plenum for a NA car reacts differently then under low boost at idle and higher boost at WOT.

The holes for the pcv piping should not be plugged. The stock pcv system needs to be redone when boosting the ka, the pcv valve would close under boost and there would be no way of releasing blow-by gasses. The easiest way to avoid this is to have a catch can with 1 inlet (pcv valve) and 2 outlets, one hose to intake manifold and another hose to the turbo inlet pipe with a couple check valves. This way when you hit boost the pcv valve is still open and venting to the turbo inlet and under vacuum the intake manifold is taking the blow-by gases from the pcv valve. Heres a diagram of how my ka-t is setup.
