So anyone have any experience with paintless dent removal?

Does it have a nice finish or does it leave ripples like some people have said it does? Is it worth it buying the expensive tools and trying it yourself or is it a trade you need to train for and should have a expert do? How much would it cost to have a few small dings removed?
all the work ive seen done as looked like it never happened, it all depends on how and where the dent is though.
people that have been doing it for years are amazing at it. We have one guy come here to do ours at the dealership, he got a dent out on a bend in the panel and he made it look like it never happened.
theres a big thread on zilvia about this. some of the guys are pretty amazing at what they do and can remove some nasty dents, but at the same time there are a few horror stories of guys that suck at it, watch a few videos on youtube.
