i was wondering if anyone has experience with this piggy back unit…it is becomming very popular with the N/A Maxima guys simply because it allows you to advance timing…somethign GReddys E_manage was not able to do…it could retard timing but not advance it…there is a newer model comming out that allows for variable timing control pn the newer cars with dual engine controls for timing that one is called SMT-7 it also allows for Boost controll and various others…do u think it would be hard to tune or is it tough to tell without being able to see it and play with it

I’ve tuned a few of them. It’s your basic simple piggyback. For a bolt on NA car it can get the job done.

like i said…a few guys n Maxima.org are using them with basic bolts on like exhaust…intake UDP…and seeing substational 15-20whp gains after a good tune…they are comming out with an SMT-7 supposed to be way better…by the way are u dealer for them…can u get them at all

ive heard good things about thier products was also told if your buying something buy a couple and sell a few cause the shipping from south africa is so much

You’re the first person I know to consider buying one new. The other guys got them for like 50 bucks used.

Since the company is in South Africa and there’s been no interest before, I’m not a dealer at this time. Regardless, I’d be happy to tune it.

do u have any idea where i could pick a used one up…i did an ebay search and nada…there is dealer in the states…i wouldnt want anythign older than the smt6
