I was out on Black friday and picked up a new camera. I got it for a great price, I cant wait to use it.
NIKON D60 18-55 VR kit
What do they go for normally?
I think around 650-675ish. I got it for 575 with 2 lens
would you suggest a d40 for a begginner camera?
Also what lense would you suggest for a begginner?
I played with my girlfriends d40 and it is awesome, she has the 18-55mm lens it comes with and the 55-200mm that she bought extra. It takes awesome pictures, it has more than enough options for anybody. She says she loves it.

i picked up a sony a200 for cheep. im not complaining.
its a lot better than the pos pentax optio a10 i was using before.
