They should rename that to the BadAss 650i!

how well does the plow work?

The plow works really well. The only problem that I have is that I need to put some sand bags on the front of the quad because when I hit the gas the plow lifts off the ground a bit. It’s an automatic…I haven’t tried using the low gear which might help. The more snow their is the more effective the plow is. It sure beats using my snow blower!

Awesome, I have an '06 Brute Force 650SRA (strait rear axle). Mines Green, I also plow with mine and cant find snow deep enough to stop the machine. If you want some more performance out of it get a new CDI (Dyna or VDI Copper head). I have a Dyna on mine and gained about 3-4mph to top out around 71mph and can pull the front up at 20mph. When you plow use low, it will save your belt. Look into getting a penlock for the diff lock button, it makes it so you don’t have to hold the lever when you engage the front diff.

Also check out these forums, tons of info.

Well have to meet up and go riding sometime.

Awesome thanks for all the info. I was really debating getting the SRA. I was told by some it has a sportier ride but it’s but it’s a little rougher ride. The salesman told me the that if I didn’t have any experience riding then it wouldn’t really notice the difference between the two. Why did you end up going with the SRA?

The guys from Freewheeling Cycle on Military road said they go up to Grand Island on Sunday’s. I’ll definatley let you know when I take it out.

datz nice

I’ve been riding sport quads pretty much since I was 12, IM 26 now. I like the feel of a SRA better then Independent, fits my riding style more. Yes its rougher but to me it feels more stable. Ive been on a few different Independent machines and while they are more comfy I didn’t get the WOW feeling I was expecting to make the switch. Plus the SRA was cheaper. It really comes down to preference of the rider between the two. Keep an eye on the CV boots, they have a tendency to tare for no reason, they are not covered under warranty.

EDIT: If you do get a CDI, look on Ebay, I got my Dyna for $169 plus shipping, a lot cheaper then say denniskirk or highlifter.

A couple more pics from the weekend…

Wow that thing is hot.

lol I should have gotten pics of mine pushing snow. I had snow coming up on my lap it was so deep.

 nice pics

You could put more weight on the plow, instead of the rack… it would be more effective.

thats flippin sweet

pimp quad man  I dig it
