And we’re supposed to respect the signs?
i took my biker safety course there at that penndot building when i got my bike license a few years ago. they said those signs were all recycled ones that they used to build those displays instead of just scapping them. i guess they coulda repainted them and put them back out on the road, but what’s the fun it that.
I pass that everyday going to work. The art students at Allegheny College created all of that. there’s a lot more along the fenceline.

We have roads with potholes you can fish in, but at least we have flowers made out of road signs. Great job PennDOT.

hahaha and i’m a consultant at PennDOT! I live in the Burgh now but my home town is Conneautville, if anyone knows where that is, so i’m familiar with these signs. cool idea n all but still WTF didn’t they always teach us in elementary the three R’s?
