i find a urine soaked eye patch works wonders! Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it.
I usually get this weird tickle in my throat that makes me hold my R’s as well for some reason though.

better hygiene. seriously. its from snot or poo particals getting into your eye.
wash your pillow cases everyday when your sick, and wash your hands more often.

my gf works at a daycare. she said 3 or 4 of them have pink eye. and she had it too. but thanks for thinking i rub shit in my eye. haha.
