When i got the car, it was throwing 2 codes…
one , P0106 -map sensor. I fixed (damn intake was disconnected… duhh)
and P0238 , i thought i fixed it when i fixed the other. Unfortunately , they are not related. I drove 230 miles without the check eng light coming back on after i cleared it. I hear a slight exhaust leak (after driving for a while, it doesnt sound as bad … but i assume thats bc the metal heats up and expands), and i just cant get to where its coming from. The code itself P0238 (turbo input to high). Could have something to do with the leak i assume, but could be the sensor? Beofore i bring it into a shop, i just wanna know if anyone else has ran into this problem. I need to get vag com i know, but at the moment … i dont have one so the uni code reader will have to do. Any ideas?
