Funny you mention that. Alcohol damages brain cells THC does not. It creates a film over the brain which in time dissovles and has no long term effects. Hence why when your stoned you have less motviation for movement or physical acivity. Alcohol is good for the heart in small dosses.
no THC does not show much death of brain cells but all that you take into your body while smoking it does.
