im deff for it. ppl are going else where to do this. if you keep ti here ppl will come hre and spend money. how many ppl you know go to altantic city, vegas or WV. that right there is lost money. as long as they do it smart ti will benefit the city. we need mroe attraction we dont need ppl leaving and abanding ship. ppl that abanding ship are just what they are. probably teh same type of ppl that wont go to war if had to. if your willing ot defend your country then why not stay and make the best of what you got here. your parents and grandparents and so on thought western PA was a good place to raise you so why do you have second doubts
legalizing those two wont do anything but create more dieseases and make the city even worse. ppl need to realize the sixtys and 70s are over and in this age you can be clean and still have fun

yes i say lower the alcohal limit even lower. i say the minute you go near your ride once you walked out a bar or club or etc. you should be tested and fined. you are endangering ppl and yourself with any bit of alcohal in you. how would you ppl feel if a family died cause of a drunk driver??? think about it is it worht loss of life?? no its not. if you drink make arrangements. i will no matter what time it is go pick up a buddy of mine then drive them home instead of htem taking chances. when i go out i perfere not to drink if i have one or 2 its over a period of time and i give myself enough time where its not going to affect me or my judgement. they say 1 drink per hour. i usually give about 2 hours or so for one drink. if i get crunked up i will not have keys on me. i perfer not tho. you only rent alcohal so you bascilly have nothing to show for it at the end. now if someone is paying for my drinks you know damm right if im in the mood im having a few but only if their is going ot be a sober driver

the elderly gets help from the revernue of the lottery. unless what they say is a total bullshit or that you havent paid attention to what they claim.
