patience is the thing. i was with nick during the operation. hes very paticular on band direction on the resistors and what not. even though they can go either way on the board. we had about 3 hours into that board. 2step + launch control will be fun to mess with, hopefully i dont grenade parts. if that happens i will be disabling that function.
the only reason im doing the MS on it, is because even with the haltech the tune is junk, and on a mk2, with the old CE2/mk3 ecu, tuning still is inadequate. its nothing like the Motronic ME7/7.5 or ME9 on the mk4/mk5 cars where you can make tons of power on a chip, and tune it with a program like kpro or neptune on the hondas… the old ME3.x SUCKS.
