i have seen improvement in lights. they tend to dim less. it varies greatly from car to car, but overall they are a nice item to have. they help even out the current spikes as your equipment works, especially at higher volumes.

Im my cars the caps have saved the alternators. Before when I never used caps I would go through a couple alternators. For the most part it’s the current spike that will kill the regulator, caps usually smooth out the spikes.
