I’m down to 217lbs, still got ways to go, aiming for 170lbs. Friend of mine can curl 100lbs dumbells and is 160lbs, if that weight is good nuff for him, its good nuff approximtely for me lol. It’s amazing how much volume fat consumes on most of us, even when I did martial arts (and seriously at that) I weighed 180lbs, but, I could have been even more cut with less fat and more muscle, im tall, but… none the less… if i was a bit shorter it would be more ideal but meh… you short carbon fiber lightweight freaks of nature
