Most of the US guys take em off due to their weight and possibly malufunctioning after 20 years being just 20lbs of dead weight. Did you reupholster your cloth seats in leather? Those look exactly like the OEM cloth seats… :S
They also look like the leather S14 seats. Pretty sure some S13s came with leather seats anyway so they’re probably just stock.
