Thanks… notice in the 2nd pic you can kind of see my black 93t MR2. I have a Nissan Spec V 03 black as my daily driver… but I really don’t have any mods done to that nor will I be doing any mods to that thing.
3… yea… it’s not uncommon for MR2 owners to have owned more than 1 of them at some point. I had a red 85sc for a very short time until I stripped it for parts, engine, etc.
well mine weren’t sc models. I love to get a rid in one of those :blue:. I think if u sold the one u posted i would buy it i love that style and looks lol.
Ah… Ic… yea. SC models are much much more uncommon… In fact… I’ve only seen one since I’ve owned my mK1… and that was 35 minutes away from here.
But… my 87 MR2 actually started off as an na auto!! it’s a swap car… but also my first car when I was 16… Nov. 1994 is when I bought it in Pittsburgh (I’m 2nd owner).
I don’t plan on selling it b/c I would never get what I want for it… plus I enjoy it too much… and it would be hard to find a buyer that would take care of it like I do.
Blazin… I like those wheels on your car, looks great… I was thinking about getting those for my 87 MR2 and spacing them out to make them more flush… 40et is a little high for a MR2, especially in the back.
Thanks guys, I’m going to start tracking it this winter. I got to do some touring laps around Carolina Motorsports Park, and I think I might be hooked. We have to see how this first track day goes.
Unfortunetly they only come in a +40mm offset. I plan to replace these with a set of forged wheels, so these might be up for sale soon.
Recently purchased 2004 Forester XT. Pretty fun vehicle. And since I am now going to have only one vehicle (no more summer cars for a while), the FXT fits all of my current criteria: fun, practical, awd, able to be modded.
Lots different than the f-bodies and pickup trucks i’ve been driving for the past ten years.
Firsrt mod is to lower using a set of low milage WRX wagon springs (anybody got a set?), and new struts. Then new wheels/tires in the spring.
Yea, it is a nice DD. Makes me glad Kenny Ross Chevy in Irwin was completely useless in resolving the issues with my 2004 Colorado, and forced me to look for a new vehicle.
