Went to Kmart today of all places to buy another flashlight. Because i left my maglight LED in the truck and no were to be found :rolleyes: some fuck head driver stole it because i have a routine about equipment and did not forget it outside. countless other stupid shit is missing also.

$30 and it’s brighter than the 2d LED Mag i just bought weeks ago and smaller so i can hold in my mouth.

I bought a COAST dual color LED flashlight @ Lowes last week. Impressive little flashlight. It has 5 White LEDs & 1 red LED, with 2 separate buttons. I actually wanted a LED conversion kit for my mini mag. I bought the setup they had with LED conversion & new switch assembly (with 5 modes) and it did not work out of the box. I took it back & saw the COAST 7736D for $24. I just wanted a nice, small LED flashlight. The conversion kit with the 5 modes was a little crazy (I just need 2 modes - on/off - in a flashlight).

I may buy some more of their products. They seem to be a very high quality (quality feel, embroidered case, extra pair of batteries, etc). Definately worth the $24. I have spent that much in bulbs for the mini mag lights over the years. Time for something new.
Thanks for another option, This sounds weird I know. Even though i wear a Floresent green safety shirt with reflectors on a vest and hard hat with reflectors. Still have a flashlight in my mouth when Dumping a container at the landfill. Those damn Bulldosers get within feet of me without a care in the world. ( night time ) with shitty lighting.
( open/shut the container doors ) them dozers have to be an easy 20feet in the air. my truck looks like a dorf.
Brightest light possible and the LEDs do the job well. Be seen or get run over.
