Hey, just wondering if they make a power block that you can run to your battery and than connect different power accessories too, like CB, offroad lights, and a winch.
Basically i want to hook up some of the accesories i got on my mud truck, but im less than enthused about having 16 different wire hoops hooked up to my battery.
Anyone got any ideas?
Buy a fuse block. Mount in vehicle somewhere. Size individual fuses for each accessories. Put a maxi fuse in the line between the battery and fuse block. For thinks like offroad lights you prob want on a relay for key power or accy power.
You can buy a fuse block and build the setup or buy a whole kit from jegs or the like.
Normally you wouldn’t put the winch through a fuse block. To be real clean you could run heavy cable with a maxi fuse from the batt to a terminal lug mounted underhood somewhere. Then run heavy line from there out to the winch and another not quite so big to the fuse block. This will keep the battery terminals from being a mess.
