Hey guys,
Just recently my car started making a whirring noise everytime I turn the steering wheel. Now, the steering wheel resists when I try to turn it. So I am thinking it is the steering pump. Could it be anything else? How much does a new pump go for?

does it have fluid? do u have a leak?
chk the upper hose with the thermal wrap … i had leakage, changed it and all is good.
