Completely agree. Also went to UB as an EE and ended up in food and beverage. No one cares where you went to college. Once you have that and some experience the biggest thing we look for in hires is a great attitude.

Yep. “Do i want to work with this person every day or are they going to annoy the shit out of me?” Is like 80% of my criteria when interviewing someone.

Seems easy to justify a lag in falling pump prices. Todays price will not be getting refined for several weeks if it is still shipping. Unless they pay market price upon delivery or something.
I can’t say I’ve ever really looked into it.
The chart got me because its nice and smooth with two different scales. There is no way to mislead people with charts like those…
