Primary Challenge

As a part of Project 2010 Primary Challenge will sponsor and support a citizen referendum to abolish New York State’s government and institute a new government under a new constitution. The new constitution must include stronger and lasting safeguards of our liberty and prevent the centralization of power into the hands of a small and corrupt body.

[FONT=Times New Roman]The obvious question which should be asked is under whose authority is all this being done. The answer is very simple, the authority of the people.

[FONT=Times New Roman]If successful, the referendum will require that an interim state government be established under the control of the County Executives around the state.

So if ‘we’ abolish the state government who runs it in the interm?

chaos?

The underpants gnomes do.

Step 1: Abolish government.
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit

Sounds like they’re planning on a county executive free-for-all. :ohnoes:

so does this mean plate fees go back down, and theres not going to be anymore mandatory prisoner support plate exchange like in april?

I’m all for starting over in the NYS gov’t but how do we decide the delegates for a state constitutional convention, they obviously can’t be apart of the existing government.
