It was actually put to court by Spyker/Team India, and Williams backed them up. Spyker/India was originally pissed off because of Jordan/T. Rosso and Arrows/Super Aguri and now Williams is joining the fight because Prodrive with Mclaren parts will surely be in the Top 5.
