Hi my name is Elias i am a Licensed mechanic and i love 240’s. imports and domestics of all kinds as a matter of fact. i am making a post here about helping you guys and girls out with any car you might have. i am not here to prove anything or to try to be a know it all. i am gonna start a performance shop one day but right now finaces aren’t the greatest so i am working out of my shop i am at now.

I have experience with engine rebuilds, engine swaps, brake swaps etc.
also just the everyday tune ups and things like that.
I also do electrical problems and diagnostics. I know that your cars are your babies and its hard to let someone else touch it if you don’t have the equipment or facility. i believe in nice neat and clean work and my past experience has always been with satisfied costumers. I will be posting some pics of my car to maybe give you an idea of the type of things i do. so feel free to take a look.

I have a 1998 240sx with SR and I just recently rebuilt that from scratch and also in the past few days i have rebuilt (DIP) Derek’s s13 redtop and installed his r33 brake upgrade. both that have turned out really well.

elias is very knowledgable and does great work.
he is a certified mechanic and does things properly, nothing is half assed.
when we rebuilt my motor it started first crank with no issues at all.

If you do need a rebuild / install/ or just work done, I HIGHLY recommend elias

Yeah, since nobody mentioned, I saw his swap at one of dereks track days and it looked perfect, ie: factory original… from this I gather his great attention to detail…

We aren’t talking about Derek’s car, he rebuilt Derek’s engine, he didn’t do a swap on it. He swapped HIS own car.

elias has the greddy intercooler in a fmic and a gt2871r.
he also ran a 12.7 his first time out and on with shit tires.

and yes, i have the vmount :slight_smile:

in hindsight i should have gone with Elias for my engine build… would have saved thousands.

+1 for Elias for sure.

dealt with him many times with parts for his motor… always came through every single time.

ok I have been getting the same questions asked about how much for SR rebuild. Also how much for Head Gasket replacement. so to make it easy for those things i’m gonna make a little price list here. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ONLY FOR THE LABOUR. MACHINING AND PARTS. ie. HEAD GASKET PISTON RINGS, BEARINGS. ARE EXTRA.

KA24E rebuild $425

SR20DET head gasket replacement $200

These are all prices if you give me the complete motor. Intake manifold, exhaust manifold all together. if you want to give me a half disassembled motor then we would have to talk about price. Also i WILL NOT GAURANTEE any of my work if you give me a half disassembled motor and you put the other half back together. Only because if you make a mistake or drop something in a port while assembling, whatever the case may be i am not gonna take the fall for your mistake when something goes wrong with the motor. I will gaurantee my work if you give me a motor that is all together and i do a job and give it back to you all together ready for the install in the car.

ya, im sure a lot of you have motors in need of rebuilds.
