Progress pics of some LS6 heads I'm porting

Fuck you LZ I bid 21.5! :stuck_out_tongue:

looks yummy

this dosn’t post looking that well, but its there is you know what your looking at. Im happy with this, went 294 on the stock VJ and way small MCSA-80% throat. everything on a 3.90 plate, this was a quick blend to the VG on one intake port.

I haven’t updated this is a while, on the factory valvejob with a way small MinimalCrossSectionalArea. I believe it was 81% at bowl, not even the throat they went 294. This is with a better VJ that works with this head plus quick blend to that, and MCSA set to final sizing. Everything on a 3.90 plate (bore size)

you LSx guys have it easy with the valve spring tool, those things are so easy to work on. audi/vw stuff is a pita to get the keepers to line up WAY down in the hole.

looks alot easier on a bench, then under the dash of the car behind the AC lines, and 3 thottal cables.

finally got some pics of the performance VJ, and porting the runner to use it. The rough blended carbide finish port in the flow chart.

still has a LOT of stock casting showing  needs more cnc porting I guess???:nono:

Oh man…so sweet
