My quick update- still running 9-11 miles per week, usually 3-3.5 mile spurts each time I hit the gym, 8:45-9:00 mile average pace.
All this weight talk made me go in and try the weight section of the Y…
Did some dumbbell military presses, 55x8 for two sets, 40x12 warm down, and then it was almost closing so I bounced out. Weak sauce FTL
Another time I did some flat bench dumbbell presses, 50x12 for three sets, it wasn’t that hard so I may be able to do more reps in the future.
Did 15 unassisted tri dips, then 12 dips second set. Might be able to do 20 straight some time (big wow I know).
Push ups, been doing around 80-100 per day, usually in sets of 40. My goal is to try and get 55 in one minute at some time (I am probably somewhere around 50 now)
Body weight is 178, and I am trying to get to under 170
