Eh idk, Ive thought about alot of different things, but I REALLY want to stay 100% natural without help from anything. The only thing I do right now is my post-workout shakes.

ECA is ‘all natural’, if you consume caffeine, you’re already consuming an important part of the stack. You should be getting in a proper PRE and POST workout meal, with (roughly) 80G of carbs and 35G of protein preworkout, and 100G of carbs and 35G of protein postworkout.

The stack was illegal to sell for awhile, it’s legal to sell. You can make it yourself from stuff from CVS.

Hmm, might look into it. Im not sure what the benefits are though. I looked into it quick and it seems like weight loss and some more energy pre-workout. Alot of people seem to be crashing though, and Im sure I would as well seeing how I take in little to no caffeine.

I took it years ago, great energy, no crash at all. Combined with the correct diet and training its an effective tool.

Thats what Ive been thinking for awhile. Plus, I cant do any kind of drug thats frowned upon with trying to get into what I am. Thats an automatic dismissal!

Meh, some people frown upon protein powder. Truth is, is that the general public is uneducated about bodybuilding and supps, but think they know it all.
