The engine is stock internaly! The VH has forged coated pistons and a 6 bolt main from factory. It also has sodium filled exhaust valves and roller tappets/rockers, guys in NZ run these v8’s to 9000rpm with some helper springs.
I will only be running 5psi at first and the slowly build up boost as i build up fuel and the fuel managment. 5 psi should give me 450hp to the wheels and even more torque.

the reason i asked is that the CR is high for a turbo set up. i think its 10.2 to 1. are you worried about detination?

Yeah it is high, as long as it is tuned well it shouldn’t be an issue. There are people boosting these engines in stock form. 10psi is about the max limit an stock internals.

UPDATE!!! So the interior and bottom of the car were painted and started building the car. its getting close to final paint and completion.
