If you are looking for more calories you can put a few tbsp of olive oil in it. I put in like 4 to up the calories…I am on a mission to put on some size

Make sure you mix it with milk (I never drank it with water, so your on your own with that)… sometimes ill put a scoop of ice cream in it and its really good… it will be good… i promise, because I dont want death, esp from you!! Optium Nutrition FTW… I have a friend, that flappy88 knows (L-train) who benches 630 w/ a suit… all he ever drank was ON, he was the reason I ordered it and have no reason to drink anything else because its so good. He also drinks that Muscle Milk that someone else mentioned, I never tried it, he says its really good tho.
BTW: I believe Nitrotech is not worth the money at all… I think the price is so high because it has NO2 and I think CE2 in it… plus people dont realize that extra price also is only for 4 pounds, not 5. A guy at the shop here just bought some and hates how it tastes.

I’m like you Chaz. When I was lifting 5 days a week I had to eat almost constantly to put weight on. Weight gain drinks as soon as you wake up help since it’s easy to down them quickly. It’s hard to take in a lot of calories while still trying to eat somewhat healthy.
with the twinlabs 100% whey protein fuel I’m 5’10 and 195lbs, 50g in twoscoops and I don’t have to do any magic tricks to drink it down, like massage a bananna, or put peanut butter on my junk, lol. my brother works at alexanders gym and that muscle milk somone was talking about it the BEST tasting by far, my mother is a sales rep for twinlab and she gets all the other brands because her work gives her money to buy shelf space, so she goes into a store and cleans house, I get to try everything shes bought and really havent been as impressed with taste except with the muscle milk, but its too expensive

I feel you on the gaining wieght. I am finally gaining and up to 212 now. The thing is it may sound dumb but you have to eat …eat hwen you are not hungry. Think of it this way your body has a “maintence” calorie intake which is the amount of calories you have to eat to maintain your current weight. You have to find what this is and eat above this amount…and do it consistant. 1.5-2 lbs per week is solid weight gain and would be a awesome goal to obtain. Also I am a firm believer of all calories ar enot equal…you have take in good calories to get the results you are seeking. Here is a decent quote from an article I read a while back.
1.) Consume 25 calories per day per pound of bodyweight (i.e. a 200 lb man will consume 5000 calories per day).
2.) Eat four meals per day combined with two shakes (one shake between meals two and three, and one right before bed).
3.) Calorie content of your meals should be heaviest in the morning and taper down throughout the day.
4.) Your macronutrient consumption should be 32/40/28 (percent protein, carbohydrates, and fats respectively).
5.) Avoid overly processed foods and refined sugars.
