ok i erased a CEL code then a couple days later brought my car for inspection and it said all 4 monitors are not ready so i drove the car more (over 300 miles) since i erased the code and i still have 2 monitors that have not reset. the evap and egr. how do i get at least 1 of these to be ready to scan. NYS requires at least 3 outa 4 be ready i have 2 outa 4
can anybody help so i can pass inspection
note: i have a 2005 grand prix gtp
Make sure the gas tank is between 1/4 and 3/4 for the evap to run

oxy censor. after 500 miles of driving since the code erase i still have 2 monitors that wont reset and there is no way i can get an inspection until it at least 1 of them reset

I drove my subaru 500 miles and it didn’t set the monitor.
Turns out I had to drive for 20 minutes at 50+ mph after starting the car cold. That did it.
its mixed but when i start my new job on june 1st i will be driving thruway for 50min to and 50min home so we will see if that does it. i have the temp 10day which expired today im just hoping i dont get pulled over. im gonna have it scanned again tommarow and see if they reset yet
