@bing is having some real problems with the forums and on SON240sx.org he’s getting odd popups, banner ads replaced with random ads, and general spammyness.
Is anyone else getting similar results when viewing NYSpeed or SON? I’m not. Maybe it’s some sort of browser hijack.

There are a bunch of random banner ads on here for random shit now if you have adblock plus you won’t see them…Also you guys are still hacked with malcious javascript if you click on a NYSpeed link from a google search it tries to infect you with malware

i just did a malware scan and removed a batch of shit and things seem to be okay at the moment… never seen such specialized pop ups before… literally taking content off the forums and integrating it into the surveys and downloads… there were even voice overs encouraging me to take surveys with drifting, SON240sx and other key words all in the content…

There has been some injections on here. I have gotten popups and even seen malicious link warnings that corporate web sense and filtering catches.
yes we switched the old banner software into google… gotta pay for that hosting and DDOS protection.
i found out my issue. i got that ‘best discount app’ virus that affects google ads. it isnt just this forum it’s any site with google ads that kills me and i’ve already run some malware and other stuff but cant get rid of it yet… yay fun.
if anyone has a quick fix shoot me an email to bing at bings.ca. i literally cannot browse the forums on my laptop. i’m on a desktop in the shop posting this.

actually im on my laptop using internet explorer without issues but it’s slow as shit.
all the adware is just Chinese characters (no I cant read it) so there is def something going on but i’m not getting the pop ups and redirects etc.
I have the IT firm we use going to remote desktop for me tomorrow since im out of town.
so something is installed on your main browser. If it’s Chrome check your extensions, if it’s FF check your add-ons. If all else fails and you need another set of eyes, I’d be willing to check it out for you. Either remotely or meetup
