does that car have survo lights? how does one get those? ive been looking everywhere for pop up headlights

AE86 running pop up lights w/ HID (LED Lights) there’s another link he posts on how he did it.
& even further…an S13 180SX with full working lights front and rear! 
I was pretty much the first one to have yellow fogs on the ae86 body for the rc cars haha ( in the rc car world lol). I had it controlled by a servo but I drifted the rc car so having all those mechanisms and wires in the way was a hassle so i permanently affixed those lights after some time.
