i figured i wouldn’t ake another thread off topic for this .
but i got my 0-60 race today. with a slightly modded mustang. ;D
first run 0-60 = revo by 2 car lengths
2nd run mustang rolled by @ 55 had to pass and hit the next street conrner b4 him = revo
3rd run from 0-60 mustang a full car lenght from start. caught up to fast started to go under car , backed out of it punched and cranked wheel to left hooked the tires on thw way out from under car. revo smashed quarter panel and bounce of roof = mustang won. :idiots
no real serious damage to revo. i had made a custuom for enclosed cage which was the only thing that saved it.
it crushed cage which puled the front of the truck off no big deal broke front righ cvd. and pulled pivot ball out off front control arm…
all in all not to bad.
really wish i had a video camera. ;D
the crash was actually the best part of all the race’s. the tire tracks up the side of the mustang were hillarious.
Hank, you need to make videos jumping this thing over big shit. Few of my buddies run these and those T-Maxx trucks all decked to the hilt with aftermarket stuff. Things are nutty how fast they can be!
I have not seen anyhting that beats that guy who jumped his Inferno MP-5 over his 2 story house, and managed to still have it drive off. That’d be an equivalent to me launching the SRF over city hall and still being able to hit up Browns for a beer afterwards :lol
there was actaully some kids in crossgates commons around 1230 pm yesterday, racing 4 r/c cars. i wanted to stop, but i had to be at the bank for b4 1pm.
i have a modded revo and regeared nothing special just way to big of a motor in it thats all. when i can get it tuned right and doesn’t tear up a rear end or other drive line parts it’s very quick to say the least
u can find a mustang anywhere with an exhaust!!!lol :crackup
r u doubting the ability of an r/c doing high speeds!!???
half of them r good for 40 plus out of the box with no mods…
