dozr and i have a room, and thought some others were coming along, turns out they might not be and the cost of the room is going to rape me. so we are looking for numbers to ease the cost.
rally NY is all tarmac and is a good time. of course to spectate the event is free, so all you have for cost is the room and some booze.

yeah sorry about that, i need the views so i made a new thread.
it is this weekend, and right now the hotel would be 125 a night split 2 ways, then do the math from there for each additional person. we are leaving tommorow morning, but if you want in on the hotel i could wait a few hours to car pool.
and asaik being all tarmac doesnt change the tech regulations. these are all cars that have to meet each classes requirments for tech, just as if they were competing on gravel etc.
Damn this souinds like a good time. How many people are in as of now?
total? 8-10 by my count. but in the hotel room there are only 2…everyone else like spencer are staying somewhere else or can afford to pay without sharing a room.

And to anyone considering… GO!!! Its a great experience and its well worth the trip. I’m gonna start sounding like Xman here… so many people talk of going to an event like this yet so few do. If you think you can make it/afford it, just go. You won’t regret it! I went to the second event last year and had a blast (froze my balls off the first night, but that’s my fault). Like I said, if I could get off of work, I’d be down, but right now, bill$ > me

ill see you all there. fyi fridays are the best nights to go out in monti, the bars fill up around midnight and are open til 4, 5, or 6am…depending on when the bartenders want to go home. so i hope you all get some rest and come out!
