Intake Manifold and Cams should get you there with some room to spare. and well some tuning

if you researched before you son’ed yourself you would find out that cams on a t25 lose power and the same with an intake manifold, they are designed for use with a higher flowing turbo.

you need atleast a t28 to utalize cams, and bigger than a t28 to utalize a intake manifold.
