Yeah, that’s my finger in the feed fitting…go big or go home.

looks good Travis.

Yikes!

Looks impressive. I would imagine this is certainly not going to be using the stock fuel pump wiring, correct? Going to need quite a bit more current to run all of them.

You can actually use the stock connector by freeing up a few pins, by grounding the pumps and level sensor thru the hanger, rather then the connector. So yes, each pump has it’s own dedicated 16AWG power wire.

That works out pretty well. I always like useing the oem connectors and they are getting the current they need. Now as far as power, do you run a new dedicated feed from the battery and relay it to power those three 16ga wires? Just curious as to the proper way this sort of thing is done. I just know theres quite a bit more going on in there now as far as power consumption, haha.

he picked up a some relays before we went to travis’
3 of these http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3020762

Good stuff. 765lph+ in tank FTW.

its crazy. ive seen some people using an alternate denso pump as well, its 390lph.

ryan is using the stock denso 290 x 2.

Yeah, I always just run a large wire back, and then feed the relays off of it. Rays car already had a 4ga feed wire, so I can just pick up off of that for the relays.

LOL, you actually took the time to find it on Radio Shacks site. I swear I could build a whole car between Radio Shack and Home Depot.

Correct. I dont need three pumps yet. If I decide to go E85 in the future that would probably have to happen. After the current work gets done and I get some wheels im done for awhile on the Supra. Been an expensive Fall-Winter so far.

Travis, looks great. Cant wait to see this thing when it’s done.

Ray you still won’t break 9’s:blbl:

on a perfect run it could possibly crack 8’s :ohnoes

you’re right…it wont shock me if that happens…

lol

That’s me with 10s now. Car should be good for 9.9x but I wont ever turn a 10.
