Bad timing, bad cas? Any codes?
had the same problem check all sensors (TPS,o2,MAF, etc…), try cleaning out the throttle plate and IACV aswell. check fuel lines for leaks.
people dont realize but you need to upgrade the fuel pump to a walbro, get a 300zx fuel filter and get a afpr these motors fuel system needs to be running at 42psi if i remember from the fsm
if you have a KA fuel pump in there still it doesnt have enough oooomf to keep up
