sadly, people think like this. They think this is american idol or just another game show. But in reality, this shit is serious. I hate how Obama is doing things now but it has been going on for a long time. Bush was no better than Obama, OK, maybe a little but not much.
I just hope that this healthcare bs, his stance on immigration, and other topics gets people to realize that voting for a president is not a popularity contest but something that can affect your everyday life if you choose the wrong guy.
I wouldn’t mind her career tanking and seeing a playboy spread though.
The problem is that the two sides are so polarized that there can be no compromise.
So, we’ll have a period of one party rule until they screw it up and then we’ll switch to the other party until they screw it up, and so on.
The Congress will become like parliments in Europe with splinter parties developing and surviving by forming coalitions with one of the larger parties.
This is all best discussed over beer and pizza with people who aren’t party hacks and have a sense of humor.
