real estata transaction records v. who bought the house?

a house down the street from me in west seneca has been sold and i was wondering how i find out who bought it?

It is published in the paper.

You can also try searching around on the Erie County Public Records Database: ecclerk.erie.gov/

The pennysaver has weekly real estate transactions.

Whats the address?

Business frist also has them. I have a few back issues here, what is the address?
When was the closing?

i tried searchind the buffalo news but wasn’t having much luck. 316 aurora…

How long ago was it sold, it usually take a couple months before its published

a couple months at least.

The Democrat and Chronicle in Rochester has a link to all of this information for all of NY. Try here:

I just checked Business First back to May 29th and found nothing for 316 Aurora in West Seneca.:gotme:

Edit: The May issue lists transactions back to the beginning of April.

I bought back in april and the Erie County Real Property info database still has not been updated…

check out zillow.com they might have a little info there, definitely the selling price

^lol beat me.

I saw a picture, it looks like it needs a gallon of gas and a match.

Zillow says $42,000 but the asking price was $24,000?

Addtl info, but nothing on purchaser
Closing date 6/5/09, sale price 26,610
SqFt 816
YrBlt /1942
Estimated Taxes $ 2,268
Lot Size 99x118.75

Agreed on the gas/match idea

lol i’d buy that shit.
good size lot.
fliperrrrrooo.

theres also a brand new three car garage on the property

816 sq ft? is it like a 1 room shack? No wonder it’s 1/10 the price of some of the stuff i was looking at

I just bought my house on the 6th and it is already on there.

Bought mine on the 10th and it’s there now as well.

:mamoru: I was thinking that was small. not bad for a 2bd 2ba maybe for a young person or couple. but way small for a family
