recommend decent chinese takeout in west seneca/orchard park.

can anyone recommend a decent chinese takeout restaurant in or near west seneca or orchard park?

I used to go to wegmans, but they are way too expensive, and now the west seneca location look the chinese hot bar out of their store.

There is a place on seneca street in south buffalo that looks a little scary!

THANKS.

Hunan Wok (i think…) near the circles in the Bank of America Plaza on Harlem rd north of Clevland Dr is where i get mine usually.

That’s my favorite place for Chinese take-out, it’s really good IMO. :snky: (Honestly)

Hong Kong Kitchen 824-8888

That is not really near OP/WS

Chang’s Garden on Orchard park road has/had good Chinese food but I haven’t been there in awhile. I always ate in house but the Sesame Chicken was fucking awesome, I assume there takeout is just as good.

the place in wimbolton plaza is really good, King i think its called

+1. i had stuff a few months ago from there, it’s still pretty good. They kinda went down hill for awhile there, but rebounded quite well. It’s one of the few places where the chicken actually looks like chicken

edit: if wegmans was too pricey for you then Changs may be as well, and it’s going to be hard to find “decent” chinese food

+2 on changs

ginger and garlic on mckinley near clark st in hamburg is where I get takeout from. the mongloian buffet is super good for buffet, mckinely and milestrip

great wok on french and transit in the tops plaza

i ate there all the time so good

changs def the best around.

im sorry but fried rice is not supposed to be yellow, that place suck balls

the “creepy” place on seneca in s.buff is the best, its hong kong kitchen

changs or china garden in the village of op. Cant think of any others… is shanghai still open? I didnt care for it much… I was wondering if anybody has ordered from tai pei in the plaza on southwestern and angle?

disagree. their stuffed mushrooms taste like crap. their lo mein is meh. the fried dumplings were crap too. their crab rangoon wasn’t even decent enough lookswise for me to taste. the buffet on south park is the way to go.

oh. and they had a fucking little baby tiny frog/toad living in their waterfall thing, and there were def no real plants for it to eat. which makes me upset. poor little guy!

You can relax, frogs/toads don’t eat plants.

yo i went to the mongolian buffet once and at the frog leg

holy gross

as for GOOD chinese…changs garden end of story

hahaha. well, there were no bugs for it to eat. and dirty water with dirty money in it. sumtimez i is ril smert.\

… i tried the frog leg too. tasted like chicken, but not. i couldn’t eat it because i knew it was a frog leg. which is why it was even more upsetting when i saw the frog. i bet i ate it’s cousin!

as with any form of buffet, you have to make sure you go when they are really busy to be sure you are getting the freshest possible noms.
That being said, Zhangs Buffet on union near walden is a great buffet when it’s busy.

and yea, froggies don’t eat plants. Plants, however, …
