Recommend me a bank.

Looking for a new bank to open a checking account at. I was not impressed/pleased with M&T in too many ways to stick with them. I’ve just closed my account and will need to open a new one by friday.

Looking for:
Free checking.
Low minimum balance to keep account active.
NO OVERDRAFT PROTECTION.
Good customer service.
Debit card.
Many branches in the WNY area, mainly around west seneca/cheek/OP area.

I’ve heard good things about BOA but If anyone can recommend me something better please do so.

ive had evans since high school, never had a problem. I also closed my M&T account, wasn’t too pleased with them.

I have HSBC. Free checking. No min balance. You don’t have to get overdraft protection. Everyone is super friendly. And you get a debit card.

hsbc never really gave me any issues.

HSBC online security is good but a PITA to log in.

jesus, do u actually do any research or just post here wanting everyone else to make your decisions, you have got to be the laziest person i see on here.

anyways lazy, citizens is what i use, been with them over 5 years, never an issue.
