I just did the swap… Car starts nice. When revving between 3500-4000 rpms it runs like shit sputtering. then it stalls when we let off.
ecu code 55 on ecu…
pulled a test on maf… Plug and unplug… Seems to run the same but with it unpluged u get a code and it doesn’t run pass 2500rpms. with it plug no codes and passes 2500
would bad maf do this??
no has nothing to do with it . when i did my swap my car ran like shit for about 15 minutes the ecu had to relearn because i got it tuned. that could be it let it run for a while at idle and see what happens

If it runs like crap “sputters then dies” I’d be leaning towards Timing myself…
How does it run from idle - 3500 or past 4000rpm ? (is the problem only between 3500-4000) then does it go away ?
Boost leak? The turbo is spooling by then, neh?
