Push the bushings out, sell them, and get spl s13 into s14 ones, done!

And how would you press them out I’m curious as they are in there tight and both edges of the bushings are hitting the subframe cylinder… if you try to press from one side it will not go as that edge is outwards… if you know what i mean… i could be wrong but i dont see how
its not one solid bushing, its 2 pieces…sooo hit one side out at a time ?
