id recommend getting the unit installed wherever you are buying it from, warranty issues can be costly, its just a suggestion,
unless of course you are doing the install yourself.
for instance, Here at my shop customer provided parts receive no warranty at all ( i cant cover something i didnt sell), and any time it comes back for any such issues the customer will be billed accordingly.
Same as if i sell the parts as carry out, The warranty at that point is between the customer and the manufacturer
